摘　　要：目的 :建立注射用顺铂的细菌内毒素检查法。方法 :参照中国药典 2 0 0 0年版检测细菌内毒素的凝胶法。结果 :以氯化钠注射液溶解的注射用顺铂经细菌内毒素检查用水稀释 4倍后对鲎试剂无干扰作用。结论 :用灵敏度为 0 .5Eu/ml的鲎试剂检测注射用顺铂的细菌内毒素是可行的 。Objective:To establish a method for detection of bacterial endotoxin in cisplatin for injection.Methods:Gel clot technique introduced in the chinese pharmacopoeia 2000 edition was consulted.Results:The cisplatin for injection when dissolved by sodium chloride injection with 4 times of water had no interference influence on tachypleus amebocyte lysate(TAL) in detecting bacterial endotoxin.Conclusions:It is feasible to test the bacterial endotoxin in the cisplatin for injection by TAL having a sensitivity of 0.5 Eu/ml,which can act as an alternative for the rabbit pyrogen test.
