摘　　要：目的　观察增生性玻璃体视网膜病变玻璃体切割物内核因子 κB(nuclear transcription factor- κB,NF- κB)的表达 .方法　收集 2 9例患者玻切物 ,包括 15例不同分级的PVR新鲜玻璃体切割液及 14例增生膜 ,切割液标本细胞离心涂片 ,增生膜石蜡包埋切片 ,进行免疫组化染色观察 .并与两例角膜移植后的供体眼正常对照标本对比 .结果　正常人视网膜 NF- κB仅在内外核层弱表达 ,15例玻切液标本中有 4例 B级 NF-κB表达 . 14例增生膜有 3例 NF-κB表达 ,均为 C级膜 ,D级膜无表达 .阳性表达的 NF- κB表达均位于胞核中 .结论　NF- κB的激动可能参与AIM To observe the expression of nuclear transcription factor κB in vitrectomy specimens of proliferative vitreretinopathy (PVR). METHODS Vitrectomy specimens from 29 cases with different classes of PVR were studied, including 15 fluid collection and 14 specimens of periretinal membranes. Cytocentrifuge slides of 15 fresh vitreous speci mens and paraffin sections of periretinal membranes were prepared. Immunohistochemical staining was performed to exanine the presence of NF B. RESULTS NF κB expression was detected in all 4 cytocentrifuge slides of PVR B grade and 3 periretinal membranes of 7 specimens of PVR C grade. There was no NF κB expression detected in all 7 periretinal specimens of PVR D grade. NF κB was located in the nuclei of all the positive cells. CONCLUSION Activing NF κB may play a potential role in the early stage of PVR.
