摘　　要：笔者基于对电子政务理论的深入研究以及多年来为政府提供信息化解决方案的实际经验,针对我国政府当前的电子政务发展现状,较系统地描述了我国电子政务发展框架,全面展示了信息经济时代电子政务的行政管理和应用功能二大发展目标,旨在为全面实施中国政府信息化作出良好启示和有益探索。In this paper,based on our thorough researches in theory of eGovernment and many years' practical experience in providing system solutions for governments department info construction, we describe systemically the perspective frame of the Chinese eGovernment, and lay out generally the two development targets of administrative managements and application functions of the Chinese eGovernment in information economic era, which would be helpful of revealing and explorling in the allscale implementation of the Chinese eGovernment.
