清水江流域青山买卖契约类型、蓄禁及管护技术研究

摘　　要：清水江流域青山买卖契约是指在人工营林幼苗种植郁闭成林或发兜木萌芽成林后到成材伐卖这一过程中,卖主和买主签订的山林权益民间规约性契约,内容涉及青山买卖原因、青山四至、青山价格、经营权限、蓄禁制度,以及林业管护技术等,是人工营林规范管护的重要契约之一,故厘清这一契约类型及其所隐含的林业蓄禁制度和知识,对于揭示清水江流域人工营林繁荣原因、管理技术细则、民族山区传统林业文化遗产内涵有着积极意义。The contract about mountain trade in the basin of Qingshui River refers to the folk regulations signed by the buyer and seller during the process of seedlings in artificial forestry growing into trees to fell.The contract,as one of the most important contract to protect artificial forestry,is related to the reasons of mountain trade,the boundaries and price of the mountain,the management authority,storage prohibition system and technology of management and protection on forestry.Therefore,it is crucial to clarify the contact pattern,storage prohibition system and knowledge,which also has the great significance to reveal the reasons of the prosperity of artificial forestry,rules of management technology,and the potential meanings of cultural heritage of traditional mountain in ethnic areas in the basin of Qingshui River.
