摘　　要：2019年是基诺族识别为单一民族的40周年,在这40年里,基诺族经济社会发生了巨大的变化。论文以基诺族的饮食文化为对象,关注其内涵及变迁,进而从一个侧面来反映这些年来基诺族在生态环境、经济社会、文化习俗等方面的变迁及其产生的影响。2019 is the 40th anniversary of the recognition of the Jinuo people as a single Minzu,during these years,great changes have taken place in the economy and society of the Jinuo people.This present paper took Jinuo people’s diet culture as the object of study,focusing on its connotation and changes,and then from a side to reflect the changing of the Jinuo peoplein the ecological environment,economic and social,cultural customs and other aspects and its impact in recent years.
