摘 要:耳鸣常因听力损失引发,其发病机制复杂多样,研究证明水杨酸钠(SS)不仅损害耳蜗功能,还影响中枢神经系统的不同部位,其中对神经递质功能的影响十分关键。本文主要阐述对N-甲基-D-门冬氨酸(NMDA)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、甘氨酸能神经元等神经递质系统研究的进展现状;总结不同递质的来源分类,病变中受体通路的变化,听觉中枢调控机制,相关调控基因的改变;并展望相关研究的未来发展。Tinnitus is often caused by hearing loss.Its pathogenesis is complex and diverse.Studies have shownthat sodium salicylate not only damages cochlea function,but also affects different parts of the central nervous system.The effects on neurotransmitter function is critical.This paper mainly describes the progress of research on neurotransmittersystems such as N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA),γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)and glycine-energy neurons,summarizesthe source and classification of different transmitters,changes in receptor pathways in the lesion,mechanismsof auditory central regulation,and changes in related regulatory genes,and as well as provides a vision for the future ofrelated research.
