摘  要:硫化氢(H2S)是一种内源性气体信号分子,常常与一氧化碳和一氧化氮协同作用,在血管生成、神经活动、葡萄糖代谢、抗氧化和炎症反应等调节功能中发挥着重要作用。由于内源H 2S代谢异常与许多疾病如癌症、高血压、糖尿病和神经退行性疾病等有关,因此,调控内源H2S的量对于治疗H 2S相关的疾病以及临床上的研究具有重要意义。笔者重点综述了近年来H 2S供体来源和H 2S在炎症、自噬等相关病理方面的研究进展,以及内源H 2S量精确化潜在的研究方式,同时对H 2S研究前景和发展方向作了展望。Hydrogen sulfide(H2S)is an endogenous gas signaling molecule,often synergistic with carbon monoxide and nitric oxide,and plays an important role in the regulation of angiogenesis,neural activity,glucose metabolism,antioxidant and inflammatory reactions.However,endogenous H 2S metabolic abnormalities are associated with many diseases,including cancer,hypertension,diabetes,and neurodegenerative diseases.Therefore,the regulation of endogenous H2S is of great significance for the treatment of the H 2S related diseases and clinical studies.In the present study,the main research method is to evaluate the effect of endogenous H 2S in human pathology,supplemented with exogenous H 2S so as to seek breakthroughs in pathology and find therapeutic targets of H 2S and its products in diseases by relying on this research method.In this paper,we will focus on the recent progress of H 2S donor and H 2S in inflammation and autophagy,two of the most popular pathology-related studies,and the potential research methods of endogenous H 2S quantifying.The research prospect and development direction of H 2S are prospected.
