摘 要:以烟草青枯菌(Ralstonia solanacearum)为供试菌株,采用二倍稀释法筛选了31种瑶药提取物的抑菌活性,并测定了初筛高活性瑶药提取物对烟草青枯菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)和金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明:在500 mg·L^-1的质量浓度下,有18种瑶药提取物表现出显著的抑菌活性;在100 mg·L^-1的质量浓度下,穿破石、独脚风、贯众等3种瑶药提取物对烟草青枯菌具显著的抑菌活性。穿破石、独脚风、贯众等3种提取物对烟草青枯菌的MIC分别为25,25,25 mg·L^-1,对蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)的MIC分别为12.5,50,50 mg·L^-1,对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)的MIC分别为50,25,50 mg·L^-1。With Ralstonia solanacearum as a test strain, antibacterial activities of extracts from 31 species of Yao medicinal plants were screened by double dilution method, and the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of the extracts with high inhibitory activity against Ralstonia solanacearum, Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus were determined. The results showed that extracts from 18 species of Yao medicinal plants showed significant antibacterial activity at the concentration of 500 mg·L^ -1 . Further test showed that the extracts from three species of the Yao medicinal plants, such as Cudrania cochin, Calophyllum membranaceum and Dryopteris setosa , had significant bacteriostatic activity against R.solanacearum at the concentration of 100 μg/mL. The MICs for these three species were 25 mg·L^ -1 , 25 mg·L^ -1 and 25 mg·L^ -1 , respectively, against R.solanacearum , 12.5 mg·L^ -1 , 50 mg·L^ -1 , respectively, against Bacillus cereus , and 50 mg·L^ -1 , 25 mg·L^ -1 , and 50 mg·L^ -1 , respectively against Staphylococcus aureus .
