摘  要:将某电动汽车转向节UG模型导入Hypermesh软件进行网格划分.根据转向节的装配形式以及受力分析,对转向节有限元模型进行约束和加载,根据汽车在行驶过程中的三种典型危险工况(紧急制动工况、越过不平路面工况和以最小半径转向且不侧滑工况),对转向节进行了受力分析,通过计算得到了各工况下的转向节计算载荷,得到其各工况应力云图并进行分析,确定了其结构满足安全工作强度要求.The electric vehicle knuckle UG model is imported into the Hypermesh software for meshing.According to the assembly form of the steering knuckle and the force analysis,the knuckle finite element model is constrained and loaded according to the three typical dangerous conditions of the car during driving(emergency braking conditions,over uneven road conditions and The minimum radius is turned and the side is not slipped.The force analysis of the steering knuckle is carried out.The calculated load of the steering knuckle under various working conditions is obtained,and the stress cloud diagram of each working condition is obtained and analyzed to determine its structural satisfaction.Safety work intensity requirements.
