摘　　要：卵巢功能失调是指卵巢分泌雌孕激素的能力降低,导致卵巢功能失调的原因有很多,例如原发疾病、环境、药物、辐射、工作压力、个人情绪等因素,还有丘脑下部、垂体、卵巢间内分泌平衡失调、瘢痕以及垂体瘤等均会引起卵巢功能失调,从而引发各种疾病,例如卵泡囊肿、乳腺增生、月经不调、子宫肌瘤、黄体囊肿、多囊卵巢、不孕不育等。治疗卵巢功能失调性疾病首先要找出其内在的病理因素,对症治疗。本文基于中医基本理论,借鉴现代医学理念对冲任失调对卵巢的微观病理影响进行了分析,并探讨了调理冲任法对卵巢功能失调性疾病的治疗机制,希望能为临床治疗提供参考。Ovarian dysfunction refers to a decrease in the ability of the ovary to secrete estrogen and progesterone, resulting in many causes of ovarian dysfunction, such as primary diseases, environment, drugs, radiation, work stress, personal emotions, and hypothalamus. Pituitary, ovarian endocrine imbalance, scar and pituitary adenoma can cause ovarian dysfunction, which can lead to various diseases, such as follicular cyst, hyperplasia of mammary gland, irregular menstruation, hysteromyoma, luteal cyst, polycystic ovary, etc. The treatment of ovarian dysfunctional diseases must first find out its internal pathological factors, symptomatic treatment. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, In view of the modern medical concept, this paper analyzes the microscopic pathological effects of the disorder of Chong Ren on ovary, and probes into the therapeutic mechanism of regulating Chong Ren method in the treatment of dysfunctional diseases of ovary, in the hope of providing reference for clinical treatment.
