地黄饮子联合针刺治疗帕金森临床观察

摘　　要：目的系统评价中医古方地黄饮子联合针刺治疗帕金森症的临床疗效。方法选取自2017年1月—2018年6月接受治疗的帕金森患者60例,入组病例采取信封法随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组根据指南应用一般治疗方法联合针刺治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用地黄饮子加减口服,采用中医疗效评价量表(PD-QOL)及帕金森运动功能评定量表(UPDRS)观察2组患者治疗前后的中医证候变化及帕金森患者的运动情况改善评价疗效。结果治疗后2组中医疗效评分试验组为(43.9±17.1)分,对照组为(51.2±16.8)分,治疗后帕金森运动功能评分试验组为(38.9±10.3)分,对照组为(42.5±11.5)分,试验组评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对帕金森患者应用地黄饮子联合针刺治疗,临床效果优异,可以改善患者运动功能,改善患者中医证候情况,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dihuang drink combined with acupuncture in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. Methods 60 patients with Parkinson's disease who were treated in our hospital's outpatient and ward from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. According to the guidelines, 60 patients in the control group were treated with general treatment combined with acupuncture. 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with Dihuang drink orally on the basis of the control group. PD-QOL and UPDRS were used to observe the changes of TCM syndromes before and after treatment and to evaluate the effect of Parkinson's movement improvement. Results After treatment, the scores of the experimental group and the control group were (43.9±17.1), (51.2±16.8), (38.9±10.3) and (42.5±11.5) respectively. The scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and there had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Dihuang drink combined with acupuncture has excellent clinical effect in treating Parkinson's disease. It can improve the motor function, TCM syndromes and quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
