中西医结合治疗高血压脑出血急性期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压脑出血急性期中西医结合治疗效果。方法选取本院于2016年8月—2018年8月收治的52例处于急性期的高血压脑出血患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组26例。对照组单纯采用西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上,采用甘露醇注射液+尼莫地平注射液+醒脑静注射液+中药化痰通脉组方治疗,对比2组日常生活活动能力评定量表(MBI指数)、神经功能恢复状况量表(mRS)及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果观察组MBI指数高于对照组(P<0.05),而mRS、NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对急性期高血压脑出血患者,采取中西医结合疗法治疗,效果突出,能显著改善其神经功能,提高日常生活质量,临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in acute stage. Methods Fifty-two patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of digital table. 26 cases in each group were treated by western medicine alone in the control group. On the basis of the treatment in the control group, the observation group was treated by Mannitol injection abd Nimodipine injection and Xingnaojing injection and Huatan Tongmai Formula of traditional Chinese medicine. The MBI Index, the Neurological Function Recovery Scale (mRS) and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) were assessed. Results The MBI index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), while the scores of mRS and NIHSS were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment is effective, can significantly improve their nerve function and the quality of daily life, and has high clinical value.
