摘 要:采用实地调研、电话调研、查阅文献等方法,从招生规模、人才培养的层次规格与就业、人才培养模式3个方面对安徽省旅游烹饪专业进行调研的结果表明:安徽省烹饪职业教育近年来得到了进一步的巩固和发展,招生规模相对固定,稳中有升,整体发展呈良好态势,办学层次由中等职业教育、专科、本科到研究生教育等学历教育并存,教育层次相对齐全。By means of on-the-spot investigation,telephone investigation and literature review,the Tourism and Cooking Specialty in Anhui Province was investigated from three aspects:the enrollment scale,the level and specification of personnel training and employment and personnel training mode.The results show that the vocational education of cooking in Anhui Province has been further consolidated and developed in recent years.The enrollment scale is relatively fixed,rising steadily,and the overall development shows a good trend.The educational level is relatively complete,with secondary vocational education,specialist education,undergraduate education and postgraduate education coexisting.
