摘　　要：冉雪峰是著名中医学家、中医教育家、一代中医宗师。从冉老培养中医人才情况,结合当前中医人才培养的困境,提出以德为先、注重中医学生品德培养,强化专业教育、使学生笃信中医,优化人才培养模式、推动师承与科班相结合,熟读经典、做到融会贯通,在传统文化教育、文化素养等方面加强中医人才培养。Ran Xuefeng is a famous traditional Chinese medicine scientist, traditional Chinese medicine educator, and a generation of traditional Chinese medicine master. From talent training of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the plight of the current traditional Chinese medicine personnel training, Ran Xuefeng pays attention to the students moral character cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine, strengthens the professional education, makes students believe in traditional Chinese medicine, optimizes personnel training mode, combined with education, promotes shicheng perusal classic, accomplishes achieve mastery through a comprehensive study, strengthens the education of traditional culture, the cultural quality and the talent cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine.
