摘　　要：临床实习是整个医学教育的重要部分,康复治疗专业临床实习是连接学校和工作单位的桥梁,是培养一名优秀治疗师的关键环节。如何提高康复治疗专业的临床实习教学水平,值得每一位带教老师思考。本人结合本单位的实际情况,对改善实习生带教管理、提高临床实习质量谈谈个人的几点看法。Clinical practice is an important part of the whole medical education. Clinical practice of rehabilitation therapy is the bridge linking schools and working units, and it is also the key to developing a good therapist. How to improve the clinical practice teaching level of rehabilitation therapy specialty is worthy of every teacher's consideration. Combining with the actual situation of our unit, the authors would like to discuss some personal views on improving the management of interns and the quality of clinical practice.
