APN排班在五官科病区的应用分析

摘　　要：目的对APN排班在五官科病区的应用情况进行分析研究。方法医院五官科病区从2016年3月开始实施APN排班模式选取实施APN排班前后的各80例患者,对APN排班前后护理效果情况进行分析。结果APN排班后,护理质量明显高于APN排班前(P<0.05)。APN排班后,护理人员的情绪衰竭评分、去人格化、个人成就感、疲倦评分均比APN排班前低(P<0.05)。APN排班后的患者满意度也明显优于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在五官科病区实施APN排班模式,能够提高护理人员的积极性与成就感,降低其疲惫感,并提高患者的满意度。Objective To analyze and study the application of APN shift arrangement in the department of functional diseases. Methods From March 2016, the mode of APN shift arrangement was implemented in the medical ward of the department of ENT in hospital. A total of 80 patients before and after the implementation of APN were selected and the nursing effect before and after the APN arrangement was analyzed. Results The nursing quality of APN was significantly higher than that before APN(P<0.05). The scores of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, and tiredness were lower than those before APN (P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients after APN was better than that before APN(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of APN shift arrangement mode in the department of ENT can improve the enthusiasm and accomplishment of nurses, reduce their fatigue, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
