摘 要:目的探讨“互联网+”教学模式在护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法将2018年1—12月在四川省某三甲医院神经内科规范化培训的22名护士作为观察组,2017年1—12月在该三甲医院神经内科规范化培训的20名护士作为对照组。对照组采取传统教学方法,观察组采用“互联网+”教学模式。规范化培训结束后,比较两组护士理论知识和技能操作考试成绩。结果观察组理论知识考试成绩(90.00±3.49)分、技能操作考试成绩(92.54±2.09)分均高于对照组(85.90±3.99)分、(88.80±2.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士对临床教学的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“互联网+”教学模式可以打破传统教学对时间、地点的限制,激发学习兴趣,增强自学能力,实现培训效率和临床教学满意度的提升。Objective To explore the application effect of teaching mode by "Internet+" in the standardized training of nurses. Methods A total of 22 cases of nurses who were trained in the department of neurology in a third-grade a hospital in Sichuan province from January to December 2018 were selected as the observation group, while 20 cases of nurses who were trained in the department of neurology in this third-grade a hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the control group. The control group received the traditional teaching methods, and the observation group applied the teaching mode “Internet+”. The operation examination score and the theoretical examination score of the two groups of nurses were compared at the end of the training. Results The operation examination score and the theoretical examination score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(90.00±3.49)points,(90.00±3.49)points vs (85.90±3.99)points, (88.80±2.09)points, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). And the clinical teaching satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching mode “Internet+” can break the limitation of the traditional teaching methods on time and place, stimulate students’ learning interest, improve the training efficiency and the clinical teaching satisfactory degree.
