摘 要:【目的】明确清远麻鸡快慢羽系产蛋性能差异,并分析清远麻鸡慢羽系中Z染色体上K基因座禽内源性白血病毒21基因(ev21)对产蛋性能的影响,为下一步培育无ev21基因清远麻鸡品系及开展抗性研究提供参考依据。【方法】运用不同产蛋模型拟合不同羽速清远麻鸡的产蛋曲线,寻找最佳模型并分析产蛋过程中存在的问题;采用PCRRFLP检测清远麻鸡慢羽系中ev21基因的插入情况。【结果】清远麻鸡慢羽系的开产日龄极显著迟于快羽系(P<0.01,下同),但开产体重和开产蛋重、40周龄蛋重及64周龄产蛋量均极显著高于快羽系,清远麻鸡慢羽系的40周龄体重极显著低于快羽系。利用伍德模型、杨宁模型和分室模型分别对清远麻鸡快慢羽系的产蛋率进行拟合,发现慢羽系和快羽系均以杨宁模型拟合的效果最佳,对应的拟合度(R2)分别为0.966和0.974。在清远麻鸡慢羽系中,L1亚群(含ev21基因)和L2亚群(不含ev21基因)间的产蛋性能差异均不显著(P>0.05),即ev21基因存在与否对产蛋性能无明显影响。【结论】清远麻鸡慢羽系产蛋性能优于快羽系,具体表现为产蛋率高,蛋重,且产蛋量多;ev21基因存在与否对清远麻鸡慢羽系产蛋性能无直接影响。清远麻鸡慢羽系产蛋性能尚有提升空间,因此生产上需加强其产蛋期的饲养管理。【Objective】The difference of egg laying performance were discussed between the fast-feathering and the late-feathering strains in Qingyuan Patridge Chickens,the laying performance effect of endogenous leukovirus 21 gene(ev21)insertion at K locus on chromosome were firstly analyzed for late-feathering healthy chickens,which would be beneficial to provide reference for Qingyuan Patridge Chickens strain breeding free of ev21 gene and resistance research.【Method】The laying curve of each early-feathering and late-feathering chickens in the same batch was fitted by using different egg laying models,the best model was selected and the problems during egg laying were studied,and the ev21-K insertion was detected by PCR-RFLP in late-feathering strains.【Result】The age at first egg in late-feathering chicken was significantly later than that in the early-feathering chicken(P<0.01,the same below),while the body weight of first egg,egg weight of first egg,the egg weight at 40 weeks and the egg production at 64 weeks in late-feathering chicken were significantly higher than those in the early-feathering chicken.The body weight of the late-feathering chicken at 40 weeks was significantly lower than that of the early-feathering chicken.Wood model,Yang-Ning model and McMillan were used to fit egg laying rate of early-feathering and late-feathering chickens respectively.The best egg production curves model was the Yangning model,whose fitting degrees were 0.974 and 0.966 in early-feathering and late-feathering chickens respectively.There was no significant effect in egg laying performance of L1 subgroup(with ev21 gene)and L2 subgroup(without ev21 gene),which indicated that ev21-K gene did not greatly affect egg laying performance.【Conclusion】The egg laying performance of the late-feathering strains is better than that of the early-feathering strains in the Qingyuan Patridge Chickens,the egg laying rate is higher,egg is heavier and egg production is larger.ev21 gene does not directly affect the egg laying performanc
