摘 要:目的探讨不同居住年限的援藏干部认知水平及其与氧饱和度和高原反应之间的相关性。方法连续纳入北京援藏干部179例,其中援藏居住1年者88例,居住2年者91例。采用简易精神状态检查(MMSE)评估认知水平,路易斯湖问卷(LLS量表)调查高原反应,同时测查血氧饱和度(SO2)。比较居住1年组和2年组间各个指标,同时分析MMSE及不同认知域与SO2和LLS量表之间的相关性。结果居住2年组SO2高于1年组(87.692±4.404 vs 85.909±4.212,P=0.006),两组在认知水平方面差异无统计学意义(26.462±1.864 vs 26.148±1.651,P=0.235)。认知水平和SO2呈正相关(r=0.361,P=0.000),与高原反应评分之间呈负相关(r=-0.707,P=0.000)。结论随着高原居住时间延长,援藏干部的SO2轻微改善,但仍显著低于正常值。认知水平受到SO2和高原反应的影响。Objective To explore the correlation between the cognition level and oxygen saturation as well as altitude stress in cadres constructing Tibet.Method A total of 179 cadres from Beijing were recruited(88 persons living in Tibet for 1 years and 91 for 2 years).Cognitive level was evaluated with Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE).Altitude stress was assessed using the Lake Louise Score Questionnaire(LLS scale).The blood oxygen saturation was measured at the same time.The correlation between MMSE and oxygen saturation and as well as LLS scale were analyzed.Results The blood oxygen saturation in the 2 year group was higher than that of the 1 year group(87.692±4.404 vs 85.909±4.212,P=0.006).There was no significant difference in MMSE between the two groups(26.462±1.864 vs 26.148±1.651,P=0.235).The MMSE and sub-domains were positively correlated with the blood oxygen saturation(r=0.361,P=0.000),and negatively correlated with the plateau response score(r=-0.707,P=0.000).Conclusion The blood oxygen saturation improved with the duration of the plateau residence time.The level of cognition was influenced by blood oxygen saturation and altitude stress.
