摘 要:二氧化钛(TiO 2)具有高的热稳定性和化学稳定性、独特的纳米结构形成能力和良好的吸附性能,可作为固相微萃取(SPME)纤维涂层。本研究采用阳极氧化法在Ti纤维基体上原位生长TiO 2纳米线(TiO 2NWs),经800℃热处理可使其表面纳米颗粒化,从而使钛基TiO 2NWs纤维(Ti@TiO 2NWs)用于吸附的有效表面积增加。将热处理后的Ti@TiO 2NWs纤维与HPLC-UV联用,研究了对4类典型芳香族化合物的萃取性能。结果表明,与商用聚丙烯酸酯纤维相比,所组装的纤维对紫外线吸收剂(UVFs)显示良好的萃取选择性和更高的萃取效率。在优化的SPME条件下,本方法对UVFs的线性范围为0.05~300 ug/L,相关系数R>0.999,检出限为0.005~0.045 ug/L。对于50 ug/L的加标水样,单支纤维的日内和日间分析的相对标准偏差(RSDs)分别低于5.4%和6.4%(n=5)。将本方法应用于环境水样中目标UVFs的萃取富集和测定,回收率为85.0%~113.0%,RSDs为4.2%~7.8%。此纤维的组装精密可控,可稳定使用200次以上。Titania(TiO 2)has high thermal and chemical stability,unique nanostructure-forming ability and good adsorption,and can be used as a solid-phase microextraction(SPME)fiber coating.In this work,TiO 2 nanowires(TiO 2NWs)were in-situ grown on Ti wire by electrochemical anodization.Thereafter,the Ti@TiO 2NWs fiber was annealed at 800℃and the nanoparticle-like TiO 2NWs coating was obtained on the Ti fiber substrate.Coupled to high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection(HPLC-UV),SPME performance of the annealed Ti@TiO 2NWs fiber was evaluated using typical aromatic compounds as model analytes.As compared with the commercial polyacrylate fiber,the annealed Ti@TiO 2NWs fiber showed good extraction selectivity and high extraction capability for ultraviolet filters(UVFs).The experimental conditions for the extraction of UVFs were optimized.The established SPME-HPLC-UV method with the annealed Ti@TiO 2NWs fiber presented linear ranges from 0.05 ug/L to 300 ug/L with correlation coefficients(R 2)>0.999 and limits of detection from 0.005 ug/L to 0.045 ug/L.Relative standard deviations(RSDs)were below 5.4%and 6.4%for intra-day and inter-day analyses of UVFs at the spiking level of 50 ug/L with the single fiber(n=5),respectively.The developed method was successfully applied to the selective enrichment and sensitive determination of target UVFs in environmental water samples with recoveries from 85.0%to 113%and RSDs from 4.2%to 7.8%.Moreover,the annealed Ti@TiO 2NWs fiber was fabricated in a precise controllable manner and stable for at least 200 extraction and desorption cycles.
