摘 要:农产品质量安全一直是社会及人民群众关注的热点,可追溯体系是控制农产品质量安全的有效抓手。在详细阐述中国农产品质量安全可追溯体系建设历程及现状的基础上,分析提出可追溯体系建设的3种模式,剖析农产品质量安全可追溯体系建设中存在的若干问题,有针对性地提出加快推进农产品质量安全可追溯体系建设的建议,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。The quality and safety of agricultural products is always the focus of the society and the people, and traceability system is an effective grasp to control the quality and safety of agricultural products. On the basis of elaborating the development process and status quo of the construction of traceability system for agricultural product quality and safety in China, the authors put forward three modes of the construction of traceability system, analyzed the problems existing in the construction of traceability system for agricultural product quality and safety, and put forward some suggestions on speeding up the construction of traceability system for agricultural product quality and safety, and made a prospect for the future development trend.
