摘　　要：大学生创新创业教育是创新人才培养和教育发展的新模式,是为培养具备创新创业能力人才应运而生的教育工程。高校辅导员作为思想教育者,工作在学生教育、管理、服务一线,与大学生朝夕相处,能够适时了解大学生学习、工作、生活及思想发展变化状况等,身处创新创业教育体系的重要环节,可以担当大学生创新创业教育的引导者、指导者、陪伴者等角色,为学生讲政策、讲思路、讲方法。高校辅导员与大学生创新创业教育关系密切,能够在创新创业教育实践中发挥不可替代的作用。College students'innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new model for the cultivation of innovative talents and the development of education.It is an educational project for the cultivation of talents with innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities.As an ideological educator,college counselors work in the front line of student education,management,and service.They get along with college students day and night,and understand the changes in college students'study,work,life,and thoughts.They are in an important part of the innovation and entrepreneurship education system.They play the role of a leader,instructor,and companion in college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education,telling students about policies,thinking,and methods.College counselors are closely related to college students'innovation and entrepreneurship education,and play an irreplaceable role in the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
