摘  要:玫瑰是中国重要的观赏和经济兼用植物,由其鲜花提取的玫瑰精油被誉为液体黄金,经济和保健价值极高。本研究以中国玫瑰主栽品种‘平阴一号’为试材,使用0.25%茉莉酸甲酯溶液喷洒玫瑰植株后,采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)和气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分析其不同发育时期花朵香气成分及含量的变化。结果表明,茉莉酸甲酯溶液处理后,花蕾期、半开期和盛开期的玫瑰花香气成分释放总量均明显增加,尤其是在半开期,香茅醇、乙酸苯乙酯、乙酸香茅酯和乙酸香叶酯等主要香气成分的含量增加两倍以上,说明外源茉莉酸甲酯对玫瑰花香成分的释放具有明显促进作用,这为后续在生产上通过喷施茉莉酸甲酯来增加玫瑰香气成分的含量,进而提高玫瑰精油的产量,提升玫瑰精油的品质提供了重要的理论依据。Rosa rugosa is an important ornam ental and economical plant in China.The rose essential oil is extracted from its flowers that is known as liquid gold,and its economic and health value is extremely high.In this study,the main variety of Rosa rugosa'Pingyin No.1'was used as the material,after spraying the plant with 0.25%methyl jasmonate(MeJA)solution,headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)and gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS)were used to analyze the changes of aroma components and contents of flowers at different developmental stages.The total amount of aroma components in the bud stage,half-opening stage and full bloom stage was increased significantly after the treatment with MeJA solution.The content of major aroma components such as citronellol,phenylethyl acetate,citronellyl acetate and geranyl acetate was more than doubled especially in half-opening stage.The results indicated that exogenous methyl jasmonate had a significant promoting effect on the release of aroma component in Rosa rugosa.Meanwhile,the results provided an important theoretical basis for increasing the content of rose aroma components by spraying MeJA solution,thereby increasing the yield and improving the quality of rose essential oil in the actual production.
