摘 要:采用3组截面尺寸和跨度分别为100mm×150mm×3000mm、150mm×225mm×4500mm、200mm×300mm×6000mm的配筋胶合木梁,进行受弯试验,分析尺寸效应对胶合木梁的破坏形态、极限承载力、荷载-挠度曲线等受弯性能的影响。结果表明:胶合木梁随着截面尺寸及跨度的变大,实际极限荷载低于理论极限荷载,并且胶合木梁尺寸越大,其极限荷载降低幅度越大。配筋胶合木梁的刚度值,比未配筋胶合木梁的刚度值提高幅度,随胶合木梁尺寸的增加而减小,即胶合木梁在强度和刚度方面存在明显的尺寸效应;但尺寸效应对配筋胶合木梁的破坏形态影响不大,而且配置的钢筋强度均得到充分发挥,配筋胶合木梁的合理配筋率得到进一步验证。Three sets of reinforced glulam beams with cross-section dimensions and spans of 100 mm×150 mm×3 000 mm,150 mm×225 mm×4 500 mm,and 200 mm×300 mm×6 000 mm are used to study the effects of size effect on the failure modes,ultimate bearing capacity,load-deflection curves and other flexural properties of glulam beams.The results show that under the premise of constant reinforcement ratio,the actual limit load of the glulam beam increases with the section size and span,the size of the glulam beam changes more,and the ultimate load decreases.The greater the amplitude is,at the same time,the increase of the stiffness value of the reinforced glulam beam is smaller than the increase of the grit of the unbonded glulam beam,that is,the strength and rigidity of the reinforced glulam beam is with significant size effect.However,the size effect has little effect on the failure mode of the reinforced glulam beam,and the strength of the configured steel bars is fully exerted.The reasonable reinforcement ratio of the reinforced glulam beam is further verified.
