摘  要:在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面法优化超临界CO2流体萃取榛子壳棕色素的工艺条件。结果表明,在夹带剂流速为0.62 mL·min^-1、萃取时间为25.3 min、萃取温度为39.0℃的最优条件下,榛子壳棕色素萃取液吸光度的实测值与理论预测值的相对误差在7%左右,与预测值接近。说明响应面法优化得到的榛子壳棕色素萃取工艺可行,准确可靠,具有实用性。Based on single-factor experiments,we optimized the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction process of brown pigment from Corylus heterophylla Fish.×Corylus avellana L.shell by response surface methodologies.The results show that under the optimum conditions as follows:the entrainer flow rate of 0.62 mL·min^-1,the extraction time of 25.3 min,and the extraction temperature of 39.0℃,the relative error of absorbance between the actual measured value and the theoretical predicted value is about 7%,which is close to the predicted value.The extraction process of brown pigment from Corylus heterophylla Fish.×Corylus avellana L.shell optimized by response surface methodology is feasible,accurate,reliable,and practicable.
