TSGF、CEA、AFP、GGT和AFU联合检测对肝癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶同工酶(GGT)和a-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)联合检测对肝癌的诊断价值。方法选择60例肝癌患者为肝癌组,60例肝病患者为肝病组,并选择同期体检的60例健康者作为对照组。检测并比较3组研究对象的血清TSGF、CEA、AFP、GGT和AFU水平。结果肝癌组的血清TSGF、CEA、AFP、GGT和AFU水平均明显高于肝病组和对照组(P<0.05),且肝病组的血清TSGF、CEA、AFP、GGT和AFU水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);TSGF、CEA、AFP、GGT和AFU联合检测的阳性检出率明显高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论TSGF、CEA、AFP、GGT和AFU联合检测可以提高阳性检出率,有助于肝癌的早期诊断。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of TSGF,CEA,AFP,GGT and AFU in liver cancer.Methods 60 patients with liver cancer were selected as the liver cancer group,60 patients with liver diseases were selected as the liver disease group,and 60 healthy persons during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum levels of TSGF,CEA,AFP,GGT and AFU were compared between the 3 groups.Results The levels of serum TSGF,CEA,AFP,GGT and AFU in the liver cancer group were significantly higher than the liver disease group and the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum TSGF,CEA,AFP,GGT and AFU in the liver disease group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of combined detection of TSGF,CEA,AFP,GGT and AFU was significantly higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of TSGF,CEA,AFP,GGT and AFU can improve the positive detection rate,and is helpful for early diagnosis of liver cancer.
