血清CEA、TK1、CA199、CA125联合检测对胃癌的诊断效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞质胸苷激酶1(TK1)、糖链抗原199(CA199)、糖链抗原125(CA125)联合检测诊断胃癌的效果。方法选择200例胃癌患者为胃癌组,160例胃良性病变患者为良性病变组,160例健康者为对照组。使用化学发光免疫法对三组的血清CEA、TK1、CA199、CA125水平进行检测。结果胃癌组的血清CEA、TK1、CA199、CA125水平明显高于良性病变组和对照组(P<0.05);胃癌组的CEA、TK1、CA199、CA125阳性检出率明显高于良性病变组和对照组(P<0.05);CEA、TK1、CA199、CA125联合检测对胃癌患者诊断的特异度及灵敏度均明显高于单独检测(P<0.05)。结论血清CEA、TK1、CA199、CA125检测能为临床上良恶性胃病的鉴别诊断提供有效的参考依据,且联合检测有助于提高胃癌患者诊断的特异度及灵敏度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined detection of serum CEA,TK1,CA199 and CA125 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods Selected 20 cases of patients with gastric cancer,160 cases of benign gastric lesions were benign lesions group,and 160 healthy persons were the control group.Results The serum levels of CEA,TK1,CA199 and CA125 in the gastric cancer group were significantly higher than those of the benign lesion group and the control group(P<0.05),and the positive rate of CEA,TK1,CA199 and CA125 in the gastric cancer group was significantly higher than that of the benign lesion group and the control group(P<0.05);The specificity and sensitivity of combined detection of CEA,TK1,CA199 and CA125 in patients with gastric cancer were significantly higher than those detected separately(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of serum CEA,TK1,CA199 and CA125 can provide an effective reference for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant gastric diseases,and the combined detection can help to improve the specificity and sensitivity of the diagnosis of gastric cancer.
