赫赛汀和长春瑞滨联合化疗在治疗晚期乳腺癌中的应用疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨赫赛汀和长春瑞滨联合化疗应用于晚期乳腺癌患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法将200例晚期乳腺癌患者按照自主意愿选择分组,选择赫赛汀和长春瑞滨联合化疗的108例患者作为观察组,选择长春瑞滨和顺铂联合化疗的92例作为对照组。观察对比2组患者的化疗疗效、不良反应情况及出院3个月后的随访情况。结果观察组患者的化疗总有效率为64.8%,明显高于对照组的48.9%。观察组患者与对照组患者的白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心呕吐、肝功能损伤发生率对比,无明显差异。2组患者出院后3个月随访,均未出现死亡病例,心肌损伤指标、肝功能指标、肾功能指标及心电图复查均提示无明显异常,对照组有部分患者主诉存在轻微恶心呕吐。结论赫赛汀和长春瑞滨联合化疗应用于晚期乳腺癌患者治疗中能进一步提高化疗疗效,不良反应发生风险不会增加,患者出院后的近期随访无异常、无死亡,可作为晚期乳腺癌治疗的有效化疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Herceptin and vinorelbine combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods 200 patients with advanced breast cancer were selected.108 patients with Herceptin and vinorelbine combined with chemotherapy were selected as the observation group.92 patients with combination of vinorelbine and cisplatin were selected as the control group.The chemotherapy efficacy,adverse reactions and follow-up after 3 months of discharge were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of chemotherapy in the observation group was 64.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(48.9%).There was no significant difference in the incidence of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting,and liver function damage between the observation group and the control group.The 2 groups of patients were followed up for 3 months after discharge,and no deaths occurred.Myocardial injury index,liver function index,renal function index and electrocardiogram review showed no obvious abnormalities.Some patients in the control group complained of mild nausea and vomiting.Conclusion The combined use of Herceptin and vinorelbine in the treatment of patients with advanced breast cancer can further improve the efficacy of chemotherapy,the risk of adverse reactions does not increase,the patient's follow-up after follow-up no abnormalities,no death,can be used as advanced breast cancer treatment Effective chemotherapy program.
