多西他赛+奥沙利铂对卵巢癌患者KPS评分、Survivin水平及生存率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析奥沙利铂联合多西他赛化疗方案对卵巢癌患者KPS评分、Survivin水平以及生存率的影响。方法随机抽取84例中晚期卵巢癌患者,所选研究对象均经随机抽签法分为2组,对照组(n=42)采用卡铂联合多西他赛化疗方案,观察组(n=42)采用奥沙利铂联合多西他赛化疗方案治疗,对比分析治疗前后2组患者治疗效果。结果2组患者治疗前KPS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者KPS评分明显较对照组患者高,2组患者治疗后KPS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者Survivin表达阳性率为38.10%,对照组患者Survivin表达阳性率为57.14%,2组患者Survivin表达阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者6个月生存率以及1年期生存率均较对照组患者高,2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者用药后总不良反应发生率为35.71%,对照组总不良反应发生率为38.10%,2组患者用药后不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卵巢癌患者应用奥沙利铂联合多西他赛化疗方案有助于改善其健康状况,降低Survivin表达阳性率并可使患者生存率得到明显提升。Objective To explore the effect of regimen of oxaliplatin with DP chemotherapy regimen on KPS,Survivin levels and survival rates patients with ovarian cancer.Methods 84 patients with ovarian cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group(n=42)was treated with DP chemotherapy regimen,the observation group(n=42)was treated with oxaliplatin with DP chemotherapy regimen.The effects of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference in KPS between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,The positive rate of Survivin of the observation group was 38.10%,and that of the control group was 57.14%(P<0.05),KPS of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).6-months survival rate and 1-year survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total adverse reactions after administration of the observation group was 35.71%,and that of the control group was 38.10%(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxaliplatin injection with DP chemotherapy regimen helps to improve the health of patients with ovarian cancer,which can reduce the positive rate of Survivin,and significantly improve the survival rate of patients.
