老年血管性痴呆病人内皮功能、抗氧化指标、Hcy、HIF-1α、VitB12及叶酸水平分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年血管性痴呆病人内皮功能、抗氧化指标、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、维生素B12(VitB12)、血清低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及叶酸水平的变化。方法选择我院57例老年血管性痴呆病人作为观察组,另选60例同期体检健康者作为对照组,比较分析2组病人内皮功能、抗氧化指标、Hcy、HIF-1α、VitB12及叶酸的水平。结果观察组内皮素(ET)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而一氧化氮(NO)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组丙二醛(MDA)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Hcy、HIF-1α水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而叶酸及VitB12水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年血管性痴呆病人血管内皮细胞功能受损严重、抗氧化能力较低,且伴有Hcy、HIF-1α、叶酸及VitB12水平的异常,临床治疗中应重视此类指标的监测。Objective To explore the levels of endothelial function,antioxidant indexes,vitamin B12(VitB12),folic acid,serum hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and homocysteine(Hcy)in the elderly patients with vascular dementia.Methods A total of 57 patients with senile vascular dementia in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of endothelial function,antioxidant indexex,Hcy,VitB12,HIF-1αand folic acid were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The level of endothelin(ET)in the observation group was significantly higher and the level of nitric oxide(NO)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The level of MDA in the observation group was significantly higher and the level of SOD in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of Hcy and HIF-1a in the observation group were significantly higher and the levels of folic acid and VitB12 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the elderly patients with vascular dementia,vascular endothelial cell function is impaired,anti-oxidation ability is low,and the levels of Hcy,HIF-1α,folic acid and VitB12 are abnormal.The monitoring of such indicators should be emphasized in clinical treatment.
