P53、PTEN和HER2蛋白在原发性上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析P53、PTEN和HER2蛋白在原发性上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与病理的相关性。方法选取2015年2月至2018年12月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院肿瘤妇科行手术治疗并且病理诊断为原发性上皮性卵巢癌患者共计78例,收集相关临床及病理资料。观察3种蛋白表达与年龄、组织学类型、分化程度、FIGO分期、淋巴结转移的相关性以及PTEN、P53、HER2之间的相关性。结果P53、PTEN、HER2蛋白在原发性上皮性卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为51.28%、32.05%、50.0%。P53、HER2蛋白阳性表达率在不同年龄、不同组织学类型、淋巴结是否转移中差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);PTEN蛋白阳性表达率在不同年龄、不同组织学类型者中差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。PTEN与P53蛋白呈负相关(r=-0.298);PTEN与HER2蛋白呈负相关(r=-0.479);P53与HER2蛋白呈正相关(r=0.542)。结论P53、PTEN、HER2均与原发性上皮性卵巢癌预后有相关性,在卵巢癌发展中存在协同作用,联合检测P53、PTEN、HER2的表达对指导上皮性卵巢癌治疗、评估疗效均具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the expression of P53,PTEN and HER2 proteins in primary epithelial ovarian cancer and their correlation with pathology.Methods A total of 78 patients with primary epithelial ovarian cancer who underwent surgery from February 2015 to December 2018 in Department of Oncology,Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University were enrolled.Clinical and pathological data were collected.The correlation between the expression of three proteins and age,histological type,degree of differentiation,FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis,and the correlation between PTEN,P53 and HER2 were observed.Results The positive expression rates of P53,PTEN and HER2 proteins in primary epithelial ovarian cancer tissues were 51.28%,32.05%and 50.0%respectively.The positive expression rates of P53 and HER2 proteins in patients with different ages,different histological types and lymph node metastasis had no significant difference(all P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of PTEN protein between different ages and histological types(all P>0.05).There was a significant negative correlation between PTEN and P53 protein(r=-0.298).PTEN was significantly negatively correlated with HER2 protein(r=-0.479).P53 was positively correlated with HER2 protein(r=0.542).Conclusion P53,PTEN and HER2 are associated with the prognosis of primary epithelial ovarian cancer.There is a synergistic effect in the development of ovarian cancer.Combined detection of P53,PTEN and HER2 expressions guides the treatment and evaluation of epithelial ovarian cancer.The prognosis is of great significance.
