摘  要:电磁兼容对微波功率器件有着及其重要的意义,微波功率器件电磁兼容性能的优劣会对系统工作的稳定性和可靠性产生直接影响。论文从TEM室的设计方法、辐射发射测试方法和抗扰度测试方法等方面介绍了基于TEM室的微波功率器件电磁兼容测试方法,该测试方法具有结构封闭、抗干扰能力强、成本低廉、操作方便等优点,可对微波功率器件的辐射发射及抗干扰度进行表征。Electromagnetic compatibility is very important for microwave power devices,the electromagnetic compatibility of microwave power devices will directly affect the stability and reliability of the system.In this paper,from the electromagnetic compatibility test method of TEM room,radiation emission test method and anti-disturbance test method,the electromagnetic compatibility test method of microwave power device based on TEM room is introduced.The test method has the advantages of closed structure,strong anti-interference ability,low cost and convenient operation,which can characterizes the radiated emissions and immunity of microwave power devices.
