博弈论视角下大学内部权力运行的博弈方式及启示

摘　　要：大学是一个具有悠久历史的社会组织,其内部不仅存在着复杂的权力关系,而且时时事事都可见到权力的运行。研究大学内部权力关系和权力运行方式,对构建我国现代大学制度具有重要的参考价值。自博弈与互博弈是大学内部权力运行中两种典型的权力博弈方式,是解构大学内部权力运行机制的两把钥匙,研究这两种权力博弈方式,可以为我国大学内部权力制度的设计和安排、维护大学内部权力秩序提供理论参考。University is a social organization with a long history,which not only has complex power relations,but also can see the operation of power in everything.It is of great reference value to study the internal power relations and the operation mode of power in universities to construct our modern university system.Self-game and mutual-game are two typical power games in the internal power operation of universities,and they are the two keys to deconstruct the internal power operation mechanism of universities,research these power game modes can provide theoretical reference for the design and arrangement of the internal power system of universities in China,and the maintenance of internal power order in universities.
