大学生心理委员制度优化策略研究——基于学生需求的视角

摘　　要：心理委员制度在提高大学生心理素质、融洽班级氛围、化解心理危机等方面发挥了积极的作用。然而,由学生需求的视角观之,该制度还未充分满足学生的需求。心理委员制度应在理念的转变、心理委员胜任力的提升、心理教育活动内容的深化、活动形式的改进及机制要素的完善等诸多方面进行全面优化,系统地提升心理委员制度的活力,增强心理委员制度发展的可持续性。Psychological Committee System has been playing an active role in improving college students'psychological quality,harmonizing classes'atmosphere and resolving psychological crisis events.However,from the perspective of students'needs,the system has not fully met the needs of students'.And Psychological Committee System should be optimized in many aspects,such as the change of concepts,the improvement of competency of psychological committee,the deepening and improvement of contents and forms of psychological education activities,and the perfect of mechanism elements,so as to systematically enhance the vitality of psychological committee system and enhance the sustainability of the Psychological Committee System development.
