全民健身视域下瑜伽在我国可持续发展的动力机制研究

摘　　要：为推动瑜伽运动更好地服务于我国全民健身事业,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调研法等研究方法,深入探讨瑜伽在我国可持续发展的动力与阻力因素。研究认为:当前瑜伽在我国普及推广的主要动力因素可分为基础动力、内源动力与外源动力三个方面,但国内校园瑜伽和瑜伽健身市场仍面临组织管理体系不健全、市场化运营秩序较混乱、师资队伍建设质量有待提高、课程内容体系建设较薄弱等一些阻力因素制约。据此构建出瑜伽在我国可持续发展的动力机制系统结构模型。In order to promote yoga to better serve our national fitness strategy,this paperuses literature,expert interviews,field research and other research methods to deeply discuss the power and resistance factors of yoga's sustainable development in China.Study:the main dynamic factors yoga popularized in our country can be divided into basic motivation,internal motivation and external motivation from three aspects,but domestic campus yoga and yoga market still faces organization management system is not sound,market operation order is chaos,to improve quality of teaching staff construction,curriculum content system construction is relatively weak and some other factors in resistance.According to this,the dynamic mechanism system model of yoga sustainable development in China is constructed.
