高校体育教育专业医疗体育课程设置探究

摘  要:医疗体育是一种医疗性质的体育活动,其只需借助体育手段以为人的身体健康提供保障。在高校体育教育专业中有计划、有目的地开展医疗体育教学,除了可以加深学生对体育运动的认识,还能够拓宽体育生关于提高身体素质的知识面。针对医疗体育课程的设计,提出课程教育要与时俱进、加强基础理论知识、加强社会实践,以及构建医疗体育非朝夕之功。因此,高校体育教育专业作为我国医体融合之路先行者应结合医疗体系,开设与学生将来职业紧密联系、应用性较广的医疗体育课程,提高学生的专业素养和医疗体育技能。Medical sports is a kind of medical sports activities, which only need to use sports means to provide protection for people's physical health. To carry out medical physical education in universities in a planned and purposeful way can not only deepen students' understanding of sports, but also broaden their knowledge of improving physical fitness. In view of the design of medical physical education curriculum, it is proposed that curriculum education should keep pace with the times, strengthen basic theoretical knowledge, strengthen social practice, and construct medical physical education. Therefore, as the forerunner of medical and physical integration in our country, physical education specialty in universities should set up medical and physical education courses closely related to students' future career and widely applied, so as to improve students' professional quality and medical and physical skills.
