摘  要:为了提高轨道交通专业群应用型人才培养的质量,对传统的产教融合模式进行了改革与尝试.首先,根据时代背景对应用型人才的要求,确立了产教融合模式的建设目标和基本建设思路,在此基础上明确了产教融合模式改革的具体内容;其次,分析了新模式与传统校企合作的区别以及其建立的保障条件;最后,提出应对新的产教融合模式的实施效果进行科学的评价并建立了评价指标体系.In order to improve the quality of applied talents training for rail transit related majors,the traditional mode of integration of industry and education has been reformed and attempted,as follows:Firstly,according to the requirements of Applied Talents in the background of the times,the construction objectives and basic construction ideas of the mode of integration of industry and education have been established,and on this basis,the specific content of the reform of the mode of integration of industry and education has been clarified;Secondly,the content of the reform of the mode of The difference between the new model and the traditional school-enterprise cooperation and the guarantee conditions for its establishment are also discussed.Finally,the scientific evaluation of the implementation effect of the new Industry-Education integration model is put forward and the evaluation index system is established.
