论如何加强院前急救管理以提高急救质量

摘　　要：院前急救的关键点在于先抢救,再转送。相关急救人员的主要任务是对急、重、危症者实施抢救性操作,且安全转移至相关科室,从而使其获得最紧要的抢救时间。该院采取多种措施,积极实行院前急救管理,以提高急救质量,主要方法是细化有关制度,增强急救人员素养,落实各项准备。提高院前急救质量的应当重视引导相关人员形成深刻的使命感与协作意识。并增强业务素养,加强了对所需急救用品的管理,同时,还要加强组织管理,以提高抢救成功率。The key point of pre-hospital first aid is to rescue and then transfer.The main task of the relevant first-aiders is to perform rescue operations on those who are urgent,severe,and critically ill,and safely transfer them to the relevant departments,so that they can get the most important rescue time.The hospital has taken various measures to actively implement pre-hospital emergency management to improve the quality of first aid.The main methods are to refine the relevant systems,enhance the literacy of first-aid personnel,and implement various preparations.To improve the quality of pre-hospital first aid,we should pay attention to guiding relevant personnel to form a profound sense of mission and collaboration.And enhance business literacy,strengthen the management of the required first-aid supplies,and at the same time,strengthen organizational management to improve the success rate of rescue.
