摘　　要：探讨人本主义在儿科诊疗中的重要性及应用。医生与患儿沟通需要特定的技巧,精心的准备并不断练习。根据各年龄期患儿语言能力心理行为特点及住院后的心理反应不同医生与其沟通的技巧和方法也不同。有效的沟通能营造良好的医患关系,减少医患纠纷,打造和谐的就医氛围,有利于身心健康及疾病的恢复。To explore the importance and application of humanism in pediatric diagnosis and treatment.Doctors and children need specific skills,careful preparation and continuous practice.According to the characteristics of psychological behaviors of children of different ages and the psychological reaction after hospitalization,the skills and methods of communication between doctors are different.Effective communication can create a good doctor-patient relationship,reduce doctor-patient disputes,and create a harmonious medical atmosphere,which is conducive to the recovery of physical and mental health and disease.
