摘　　要：食物过敏是指机体免疫系统对某些食物产生的不良反应。近年来食物过敏在人群中的发生率呈明显上升趋势。研究发现口服诱导免疫耐受是防治食物过敏的一种有效方法。该文拟就口服耐受的机制及口服耐受治疗食物过敏的临床试验现状作一总结与展望。Food allergy refers to the adverse reactions of the body's immune system to certain foods.In recent years,the incidence of food allergy in the population has shown a clear upward trend.Studies have found that oral induction of immune tolerance is an effective method to prevent food allergies.This article intends to summarize and forecast the mechanism of oral tolerance and the clinical trial of oral tolerance for food allergy.
