摘　　要：针对电解电容装箱生产线效率低、人工成本高的问题,利用Solidworks软件分别建立电容上料、装入模子盘、针脚振平、针脚校形、储料器、电容装箱机械手等机构的三维模型,采用三菱FX5U-80MT PLC控制各种电机和气缸,完成电容的自动化装箱生产。该自动化生产线解决了电容自动化包装的难题,实现了以机器替代人工的目标。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high labor cost of electrolytic capacitor packing production line,an automatic packing production line of capacitors is proposed to realize the automatic packing production process of capacitors.The Solidworks software is used to establish the 3D models of capacitor feeding,loading mold plate,stitching vibration level,stitching alignment,material storage device,capacitor packing manipulator,and other mechanisms.Mitsubishi FX5U-80MT PLC is used to control various motors and cylinders to complete the automatic packing production of capacitors.The automatic production line is able to meet the production requirements of capacitor packing,solve the problem of capacitor automatic packing,and realize the goal of replacing manual labor with machine.
