摘　　要：西周时期以血缘架构为基础,在政治秩序中实行“嫡长子继承制”“宗庙祭祀制”和严明的“丧服制”,建立了以孝为核心的稳固的政治体系,开创了家齐国治的稳定局面。“礼崩乐坏”的春秋时期,孔子主张用“孝悌”来端正人伦关系,孟子通过“仁政”来发展孝治思想,从而实现百姓安居乐业的太平盛世。孔孟的“孝治”思想不仅在特定的历史时期发挥了和谐人际关系、安定社会国家的积极意义,就于今天的社会现实而言也有和谐家庭关系、指引行孝之事的重要价值。In the Western Zhou Dynasty,based on the consanguinity structure,“the inheritance system of the eldest son”,“the sacrifice system of the ancestral temple”and the strict“mourning system”were carried out in the political order.The stable political system was established with filial piety as the core,and the stable situation of the rule of the family and country was created.During the Spring and Autumn Period of“Ceremony Disintegration”,Confucius advocated"filial piety"to rectify human relations,and Mencius developed filial piety through"benevolent government"so as to realize the peaceful prosperity of people's living and working in peace and contentment.Confucius and Mencius'thought of"filial piety"not only played a positive role in harmonious interpersonal relationship and social stability in the specific historical period,but also had important values in guiding filial piety in today's social reality.
