摘　　要：证明了自由幺半群的Cayley图是有根树及自由半群的Cayley图是一些同构的树组成的森林.In this paper,it is proved that the Cayley graph of free monoid is a rooted tree and the Cayley graph of free semigroup is a forest constructed by some isomorphic trees.
