提升执法遇阻处置战术实战运用能力研究

摘　　要：“执法遇阻处置战术”是警务战术教学体系中的重要内容,是深化公安机关执法规范化建设的重要组成部分。在总结以往实际案例基础上,结合当前执法遇阻处置战术教学和训练的实际,提出应明确执法遇阻处置战术运用的时机和条件,提高警务人员执法时的法律实战运用能力,加强警务人员执法时对现场形势的观察和预判,提升执法现场取证、固证的意识和技巧等观点。The law enforcement obstacle handling tactics is an important part of the police tactics teaching system,and it is an important part of deepening the standardization construction of public security organs.On the basis of summarizing the past actual cases,combined with the current practice of law enforcement and training in law enforcement,it is proposed that the timing and conditions of law enforcement should be clarified,and the legal combat operation ability of police officers in law enforcement should be improved.During the law enforcement,the officers observed and pre-judged the situation on the spot,and raised the viewpoints of law enforcement on-site evidence collection and evidence-based awareness and skills.
