摘  要:目的探讨将案例教学法和翻转课堂有机结合,改善耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学的教学效果。方法在第二军医大学2015级临床医学系本科学员教学中试行案例结合翻转课堂教学法(实验组155人),并与传统的以授课为基础的教学模式(对照组150人)进行对比。教员对两组学生进行理论知识和技能操作考试,通过填写问卷方法评估学生对学习效果满意度。结果实验组学生的理论课成绩和操作成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实验组学生的满意率为92.3%,高于对照组学生的76.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论案例结合翻转课堂教学法在教学成绩和满意度方面均优于传统教学法,该方法有利于培养学生的自主学习能力和精神,促进学生临床思维的建立,同时加深技能操作的掌握。Objective To explore the teaching efect of fipped classroom combined with case-based learning in improving otolaryngology teaching.Methods Clinical medical undergraduate students in grade 2015 in the Second Military Medical University were recruited in this study.One hundred and ffty-fve students were given the fipped classroom combined with casebased learning,which were enrolled into the experimental group.Traditional teaching-based learning was applied on 150 students which were recruited into the control group.Examination of medical theoretical knowledge and clinical skills were used in order to evaluate the performance of the two groups.Questionnaire survey was applied to investigate the student satisfaction of the two education methods.Results The scores of examination of medical theoretical knowledge and clinical skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The satisfactory rate of the experimental group students was 92.3%,also higher than that of the control group which was 76.0%(P<0.001).Conclusion The flipped classroom combined with case-based learning in otolaryngology teaching was better than the traditional teaching method in examination scores and teaching satisfaction rate.It could enhance students’self-learning ability and spirit.It could improve the establishment of medical students’clinical thinking and deepen the grasp of skill operation.
