摘  要:目的探讨临床路径(CP)结合情景模拟教学在留学生呼吸科临床教学的应用研究。方法选取锦州医科大学2014级临床专业留学生的两个班级留学生为研究对象,以班级为单位分成两组,即研究组和对照组,每组30名。结果两组留学生实习教学的效果比较,研究组的呼吸科理论及临床实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组留学生自我调查问卷为“优”的人数多于对照组留学生,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论临床路径结合情景模拟教学不但提高了留学生呼吸科理论知识水平,而且促进了留学生的学习的兴趣与积极性、交流与沟通的技巧及对理论知识掌握程度、解决实际问题的能力、临床思维的培养等方面的临床实践能力,还满足了留学生对临床见习的需求,有效的提高了医学留学生临床见习的质量。Objective To explore the application of clinical pathway(CP)combined with scenario simulation teaching in clinical teaching of respiration department of foreign students.Methods Two classes of foreign students majoring in clinical medicine in grade 2014 from Jinzhou Medical University were selected as study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the class,namely the study group and the control group,with 30 students in each group.Results The internship teaching effect of the two groups international students were compared,and the theoretical and clinical practice scores of the respiration department in the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The number of foreign students in the study group which self-report questionnaire is“excellent”is more than that of the control group,the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical path combined with scenario simulation teaching not only improves the theoretical knowledge level of respiratory students,but also promotes the learning interest and enthusiasm of international students,the skills of communication,the mastery degree of theoretical knowledge, the ability to solve practical problems, the cultivation of clinicalthinking and other clinical practice ability, it also meets the needs of foreignstudents for clinical probation, which effectively improves the quality ofclinical probation of medical foreign students.
