硝苯地平和缬沙坦治疗冠心病高血压临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察硝苯地平联合缬沙坦治疗冠心病伴高血压患者的临床效果。方法本文选取在2017年2月-2018年2月收治的冠心病伴高血压患者共80例,基于随机数字表法的形式分为对照组(使用硝苯地平治疗)和观察组(硝苯地平联合缬沙坦治疗),每组各为40例,对比两组患者治疗效果、不良反应以及临床指标。结果观察组患者在治疗效果(92.5%)、不良反应(12.5%)和对照组治疗效果(75.0%)、不良反应(37.5%)比较都得到有效改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前期的SDP、SBP数值比较分析,观察组与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后期发现,观察组的SDP、SBP数值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗冠心病伴高血压患者过程中,使用硝苯地平联合缬沙坦能确保临床治疗效果,缓解疾病不良症状,改善患者的各个指标。Objective To observe the clinical efect of nifedipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.Methods A total of 80 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension who were admitted from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into the control group (treated with nifedipine) and the observation group (treated with nifedipineand valsartan) based on random number table method, 40 cases in eachgroup,the treatment efect, adverse reactions and clinical indicators of thetwo groups were compared. Results In the observation group, the treatmentefect (92.5%) and adverse reactions (12.5%) were all efectively improvedcompared with the treatment efect (75.0%) and adverse reactions (37.5%)of the control group, there were statistically signifcant diferences betweenthe groups (P < 0.05). Compare and analyze the SDP and SBP values inthe early stage of treatment, there was no statistically signifcant diferencebetween the observation group and the control group (P > 0.05), in the laterstage of treatment, the SDP and SBP values of the observation group werelower than those of the control group, and there were statistically signifcantdiferences between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment ofpatients with coronary heart disease and hypertension, the use of nifedipinecombined with valsartan can ensure the clinical treatment efect, alleviatethe symptoms of the disease, improve the various indicators of patients.
