摘　　要：目的对比双腔耐高压PICC和经中心静脉置入CVC在口腔癌围手术期患者中的应用效果,为临床口腔癌围手术期患者选择适合的中心静脉置管方式提供参考。方法选取本院2016年1月-2017年12月收治的口腔癌手术患者65例,随机分成研究组33例和对照组32例。研究组患者行耐高压PICC置管,对照组患者行中心静脉CVC置管,观察两组患者的导管并发症发生率和医务人员及患者满意度等相关指标。结果研究组患者的导管并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);医务人员以及患者和家属满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对口腔癌围手术期患者在术前留置双腔耐高压PICC,能降低并发症发生率,提高医务人员及患者满意度。Objective To compare the application efects of dual-chamber high-pressure PICC and central venous CVC in perioperative patients with oral cancer,to provide evidence for these patients to choose suitable central venous catheterization during perioperative period.Methods Sixtyfve patients with oral cancer surgery admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the study group(33 cases)and the control group(32 cases).Patients in the study group were underwent high-pressure PICC catheterization,and patients in the control group were underwent central venous CVC catheterization.The incidence of catheter complication and medical staff and patient satisfaction were observed.Results The incidence of catheter complications in the study group was signifcantly lower than that in the control group,the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff,patients and their families was signifcantly higher than that of the control group,the diference was statistically signifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with oral cancer during perioperative period,indwelling doublechamber high-pressure PICC before surgery can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the satisfaction of medical staf and patients.
