摘　　要：主动数据库技术利用触发器可实现系统的主动判断与服务等功能。利用该技术采用B/S和C/S相结合的架构开发了企业人力资源管理系统,弥补了传统数据库被动接受用户指令的缺陷。系统采用主动数据库实现了员工信息的机构编制管理、职员信息管理和薪资福利管理等功能。实现了结合员工的绩效考核、工作年限、职务工资、临时补贴、住房补贴、基本工资等数据完成月工资单的自动计算和历史查询,为企业人力资源管理工作效率的提升和成本的降低提供了可靠解决方案。Active database technology can realize the functions of active judgment and service of the system by using triggers.This paper uses this technology to develop enterprise human resource management system based on B/S and C/S.This system makes up for the defect of passive acceptance of user’s instructions in traditional database,and realizes the functions of organization establishment management,staff information management and salary and welfare management of employee information by using active database.This paper mainly deals with the automatic calculation and historical query of monthly wage sheet based on the data of employee performance appraisal,working life,job salary,temporary allowance,housing allowance,basic wage and so on.This design provides a reliable solution to improve the efficiency of human resource management and reduce the cost of enterprise human resource management.
