摘　　要：坚持以马克思主义哲学为指导,是加强武警院校文职人员教育管理工作的根本。只有从马克思的人学思想上认清文职人员、理解文职人员,找到并消除文职人员教育管理中存在的误区,弄清文职人员教育管理的目标体系、价值定位、主体、方法选择等问题,才能充分发挥文职人员的主观能动性,增强文职人员队伍的战斗力。Adhering to the guidance of Marxist philosophy is the foundation for strengthening the education management of civilian personnel of armed police colleges.Only by identifying and understanding the civilian personnel from Marx's human study thinking,finding and eliminating the misunderstandings in the education management of civilian personnel,and clarifying the problems such as the target system,value orientation,subject and method selection of the education management of civilian personnel,can it give full play to the subjective initiative of civilian personnel and enhance the combat effectiveness of the team of civilian personnel.
